All bespoke/custom Gado creations are considered final sale, as they are crafted exclusively to bring your unique vision to life.

For our in-house, non-customized Gado designs:

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery, and 
Returns may be made within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item remains in pristine, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and protective materials, remain intact and undamaged
  • All certificates and accompanying documentation are included in the return package

Each request will be reviewed to ensure the piece meets our exchange standards before approval. A store credit may be issued for the value of the item.

Gado reserves the right to decline return requests, exchange requests, or store credits that do not meet expectations.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email info@gadojewellers.com and include:

  • In the subject line: your order number, return/exchange request, your full name
  • The item from your order that you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Photos citing any issues related to your reason
  • Photos showcasing the condition of the item being sent for review
  • If exchanging, indicating the item intended for exchange or state store credit request
