Our Canadian customers will receive Free Shipping on all orders.

For all made to order pieces please allow approximately 4 weeks from the time your order is placed for production, packaging, and delivery.

For all ready made pieces please allow approximately 10 days from the time your order is placed for packaging and delivery.

For bespoke pieces, allow approximately 4 weeks for your bespoke piece to be crafted. Once your final design is approved, our artisans begin production, and the creation timeline begins. Shipping time will follow upon completion, based on your chosen delivery method.

To ensure timely and protected shipping, we partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL couriers.

At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to follow your order’s journey.

A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your Gado package.
