Return & Exchange Policy

Every creation is a reflection of artistry, precision, and timeless elegance. Because each piece is handled with the utmost care, we are not accepting returns at this time.

All custom and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale, as they are crafted exclusively to bring your vision to life.

For our standard, non-customized collections, exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item remains in pristine, unworn condition

• All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and protective materials, is intact and undamaged

• All certificates and accompanying documentation are included in the return package

Each request will be reviewed to ensure the piece meets our exchange standards before approval.

If an exchange is not desired at the time of approval, a store credit may be issued for the value of the item.

GADO reserves the right to decline exchanges or store credits that do not fulfill these conditions.
