Canadians receive complimentary shipping on all Gado purchases.

Each Gado creation begins its journey with intention - from careful craftsmanship to secure delivery. We take great pride in ensuring every piece arrives safely and beautifully presented.

We currently only service the Canadian market. For International inquiries, please visit our Contact Us page for shipping options.

Allow 4-6 weeks for your bespoke piece to be crafted. Once your final design is approved, our artisans begin production, and the creation timeline begins. Shipping time will follow upon completion, based on your chosen delivery method.

To ensure timely and protected shipping, we partner exclusively with FedEx, UPS, and DHL couriers. At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to follow your order’s journey.

A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your Gado package.
