Your GADO creation is protected by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers craftsmanship concerns such as clasp, chain, or stone setting faults that arise under normal conditions of wear. It does not cover issues resulting from improper handling, accidents, or general wear over time. All GADO jewelry comes with our Gold Guarantee, whereby the precious metal quality used in each piece is guaranteed to be as described in the product description upon purchase. We guarantee it will not tarnish, oxidize, or prove to be any other level of quality other than indicated.

Should your piece require repair or servicing, our team will carefully assess its condition and provide guidance on restoration options. Repair fees will apply, and the fee will be assessed depending on the nature of the work required.
