Each design is a collaboration between you and our artisans, brought to life through meticulous craftsmanship and timeless design.

Once your concept is confirmed, our crafters create a detailed digital creation for your review. Upon design approval receipt from our client, the creation process begins; spanning approximately 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials required for your piece.

As each bespoke piece is made exclusively for its owner, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Throughout the process, our team will keep you informed of progress and completion timelines.

Upon completion, your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped via secure, insured courier service. Tracking details and delivery instructions will be shared once your creation is ready to leave our atelier.

We hand select natural, high quality gemstones for our jewelry. Our natural emeralds and natural diamonds all come certified upon your purchase; all of our other natural gemstones can be certified upon request.

Shipping

For non-customized jewelry (meaning you are purchasing a Gado design, which is made to order), please allow approximately 4 weeks from the time your order is placed for production, packaging, and delivery.

For custom Gado creations (meaning we are curating a design together), the process is more intricate. Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your bespoke piece to be crafted. Once your final design is approved, our artisans begin production, and the creation timeline begins. Shipping time will follow upon completion, based on your chosen delivery method.

We currently serve the Canadian market, where we are based, but can arrange for international shipping upon consult.
